Operators' Sessions: Building global winners. No bullshit.

For the next Operators' Sessions, I'm joined by Jon Kåre Stene, partner at Skyfall Ventures and former co-founder of Oda.

Jon Kåre has been on both sides of the table. He helped build Oda into one of Norway's most ambitious startups, challenging an established industry and proving that Norwegian founders can think big. Today, at Skyfall, he's on a mission to find and back founders with the ambition to build global category winners.

Jon Kåre is known for his no-bullshit approach and his unapologetically high ambitions for the Norwegian startup ecosystem. He believes we should aim higher, think bigger, and build companies that can compete with the very best in the world.

We'll talk about what he learned from building Oda, what separates good startups from potential global winners, what he looks for in founders, and what it will take to build more globally competitive companies out of Norway.

As always, Operators' Sessions is about honest conversations, practical lessons, and the realities of building ambitious companies.

Hope to see you there!
