AI is changing the risks that insurers face, making fraud easier and faster to carry out, from doctored claim photos to manipulated financial data and automated cyberattacks. The same technology may also be the best defense against it. Can the tools that create new risks also help rebuild trust?
Join us for a working lunch with three trendscouts from La Mobilière, Switzerland’s oldest and largest private insurer, who are in New York to dig into research questions at the intersection of AI, trust, and the future of insurance. The trendscouts will present their research projects, followed by inputs from New York-based experts, followed by an open discussion. This is a small, discussion-based session for professionals and researchers working in AI, fraud detection, cyber security, insurance and risk, finance, and related fields.
