StartupRoulette x MXT: Speed Date Your Next Investor

StartupRoulette lands at MXT in Groningen on January 13. Speed dating, but with investors who actually invest in what you're building. The goal is simple: spark useful conversations, open doors to capital, and kick off real partnerships.

How it works:Golden Egg Check brings StartupRoulette, its matchmaking flagship event connecting founders actively raising a (pre-)seed round with investors who back companies at the earliest stages. Four 15-minute speed dates, carefully matched before the event. We pair founders and investors based on fit so the time at the table actually means something. If the match is right, it could be the start of your next round.

Whether you're raising capital, looking for additional angels, want to meet awesome tech companies from the North or expand your network in the Northern tech ecosystem, this is the place to be!

Open to all startups in the Netherlands and abroad, and the investors backing them (but selection applies, and priority is given to startup from the North).

Location: Niemeyer, GroningenHosted by Founded and Golden Egg Check.

Signing up doesn't guarantee a full speed date agenda. Matches are made based on investor focus and scope.

The deadline to sign up to the speed dates is on 4 January 2027. Any registration after that day will go directly to the waiting list. Being on the waiting list does not ensure acceptance to the event.

Bring your pitch. Let's spin the wheel.
