You stretch. You move. You rest. But have you ever paid attention to the tissue that connects it all?
Fascia is a web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, organs, nerves and other structures throughout the body. It helps transmit force, allows tissues to glide and contributes to how we experience movement, tension and sensation.
When we spend a lot of time sitting, training, repeating the same movements or simply moving through everyday stress, our bodies can start to feel… stuck. Tight. Heavy. Less mobile.
In this UNFILTERED session, Karo will guide you through a practical fascia release session using simple tools and somatic movement to explore where you hold tension and how you can create more space and ease in your body.
Then, we’ll slow everything down.
Anda will guide you through a Tibetan sound bath, using singing bowls to create a space for deep rest and stillness — giving your body time to simply pause, listen and receive.
No need to be flexible. No previous experience needed.Just come as you are.
Move. Release. Rest.
A session for your body — without the pressure to fix it.
