WORKSHOP: Yoga & Watercolour

Join Isabelle & Edith for a creative workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for a little more ease — in both body and mind.
Through watercolour painting, mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, we’ll create a moment to pause and enjoy the simple pleasure of making something with your hands: some cute handmade watercolour postcards to brighten up the winter days — whether you keep them for yourself, send them as Christmas cards, or save them for another special occasion.
Come as you are — no artistic or yoga experience required. Just bring yourself and a little curiosity. ✨
What to expect
🌿 Grounding meditation & breathworkArrive, settle in, and gently bring your attention back to yourself.
🎨 Guided watercolour workshopNo previous painting experience needed. We’ll explore simple, playful techniques and create your own postcards.
🧘 Movement practiceA gentle movement sequence to release tension and reset your posture after sitting and painting.
Contribution
Pay what you can — suggested contribution: €15–30All materials are included. Payment in cash or via QR-code. We want this workshop to be accessible for all, so if this is an issue, a smaller contribution is just as fine.
