𖥸 Welcome winter with us!
Join Isabelle & Hélène for a morning of gentle movement followed by a soothing soundscape.
Travel inwards on the waves of sound created by Tibetan bowls, tingsha bells, koshi chimes, kalimba, and more curious instruments.
Are you curious to discover the benefits of yoga and sound? This is your chance.
🧘🏻‍♀️No experience required - all levels welcome. Come as you are!
🗣️ Language: English
🎟 Yoga mats and props are available, but you might want to bring a pillow, blanket or warm sweater to stay comfortable throughout the practice.
🪙 Pay what you can — suggested contribution: €10 –20€ if you are able and willing to make a donation. Revenue is used to pay for utilities and to buy yoga & sound props in the future. Payment in cash or via QR-code.
⚠️ Cancellation policy applies.
⚠️ A minimum attendance of 5 persons is required. Event may be cancelled if this is not the case.
