Everyone’s using AI. Almost no one’s operationalized it.

Join a small group of mid-market IT leaders in Austin for an off-the-record dinner comparing where your team stands against peers and the Big 6 benchmarks.

Guiding the conversation is Kenneth Gonzalez — “KenGon” — former Senior Director and Analyst at Gartner with 4,000+ client interactions and the firm’s Outstanding Contributor Award. He’s held executive roles at Freshworks and Symantec, and he still builds alongside his advisory work, which means the conversation stays grounded in what teams your size actually face — not just what the research says.

We’ll discuss AI maturity, resourcing, sequencing, budget and ROI, governance, and outcomes. Share candidly, see how the room votes, and leave with practical next steps.

P.S. Know another IT director or VP who’d get something out of this? Forward this along — we have a couple of seats left at the table.
