North Star & Clusity - Many Paths, One Community: Women Building Careers in Tech

Many Paths, One Community: Women Building Careers in Tech is a panel discussion organised by North Star and Clusity as part of The Future of Tech is Female 2026, exploring the different journeys women take to build careers in technology and the power of communities in helping them succeed.

There is no single path into tech. From career changes and unexpected opportunities to overcoming challenges and breaking barriers, every woman's professional journey is unique.

Joining the conversation are three women bringing different perspectives from across the tech industry:

Lujane Elarif, Product Designer at Branch Consulting

Brigitte Bella, CEO of Cevia

Tutku Kilicaslan, AI Engineer at Cavell

Through personal stories and career-defining experiences, they will share how they navigated their careers, the obstacles they encountered and the people and opportunities that helped them move forward.

The discussion will also explore what has changed for women in tech, which barriers remain and how mentorship, sponsorship, professional networks and supportive communities can help create more opportunities.

With a focus on hope, ambition and collective action, this panel aims to inspire more women to explore careers in tech, recognise their potential and build the confidence and connections needed to take their next steps.
