Sydney Chief of Staff End-of-Year Meetup

We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Sydney to close out our first year in Australia.

After a strong launch and a great July meetup, the Sydney chapter has kept building momentum among Chiefs of Staff and senior operators across the city. Before the year ends, we want to celebrate what’s been built and hear from you about what you’d like to see from the community in Year 2.

A special thank you to Zoe Zropf for hosting and continuing to lead the growth of the Chief of Staff community across Australia.

Date & Time: Wednesday, November 18, 2026 · 5:30 PM AEDTLocation: Shared upon confirmation of attendance

This informal, in-person meetup brings together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators for an evening of relaxed conversation, meaningful connections, and candid discussion about the realities of operating in strategic leadership roles.

Back by popular demand: Hot Takes 🔥Alongside networking, we’ll run our “hot takes” discussion: controversial ideas about the Chief of Staff role, put to the room for debate. When you register, share a hot take of your own and we’ll use a few to kick off the conversation.

What to expect
