About Event
Plenty of people in CS are talking about AI. Far fewer can show you something they actually built and use every week.
Women of Customer Success Sydney is closing out the year at monday.com on Thursday, November 19th with Mic'd Up: AI Edition, a show and tell night built around real work, not slideware.
Most of what we hear about AI in Customer Success still sits at the level of what it could do one day: vendor demos, conference keynotes, and a lot of speculation about what happens to the role. Meanwhile, a handful of practitioners have quietly built things that run in their week right now. The gap between those two groups is not ambition or budget. It is that almost nobody gets to watch a real build end to end, with the messy parts left in.
So that is what this night is. Three CS practitioners each take 15 minutes to walk through a workflow they built themselves: the problem that prompted it, a live run on a real example, what it cost them, where it still gets things wrong, and what it changed. Five of those minutes belong to you, so bring your questions.
As always, bites and beverages will be provided. Come round out the year with our team and takeaway some insights on how to kickstart 2027 AI-strong!

What We'll Dive Into
The build itself. What each presenter made, what it ingests (Slack, call recordings, CRM, docs), and where it lives
A live walk-through, run end to end on a real example rather than a polished screenshot
What it actually took. Rough build time, cost, effort.
Where the human stays in the loop, including how presenters catch it when the thing gets something wrong
How they know it is working, and the one or two numbers they would put behind it
Where to start if you have never built anything like this and the blank page is the hard part
What You'll Take Away
A plan for your own first build, drafted in the room. You pick one workflow from your week that you would most like to hand to AI, sketch it out on a single page, and swap it with two different people for feedback before you leave.
A realistic read on what is genuinely practical in post-sales today, and what is still a demo. You will have watched three of them run live, with the awkward parts left in.
Straight answers to the questions that usually stall people, asked directly of the people who have already solved them: how long it took, what it cost, what it gets wrong, etc.
If you have been meaning to build something with AI and have not started yet, this is the hour that gets you off the starting line.
Who This Is For
Post-sales professionals who are curious about building something with AI but are not sure where to begin
CS leaders deciding what is worth investing in
