For many of us in the Bay Area, the pace of work leaves little room for attention, presence, or peace.Join the Bay Area Center for Faith, Work & Tech for an evening with Jay Y. Kim, lead pastor of WestGate Church in Silicon Valley and author of The Pace of Peace: Distraction, Attention, and the Gifts of an Examined Life (IVP, 2026). Jay will explore how the ancient practice of the examen can help us slow down, pay attention to God, and live with peace in the middle of busy lives and demanding work.DETAILSTuesday, November 17 · Doors at 7:00pmKingdomHaus, 1010 The Alameda, San Jose CATickets: $20, which helps cover the costs of the evening.
