Product+ Montréal heads to Deck for our November event.

Entering a New Market: Three Perspectives from a Startup, Scale-up and Enterprise

Entering a new market looks very different depending on the size of your company. Join us for an evening with three product leaders who’ve done it from three vantage points: a startup betting everything on a first foothold, a scale-up balancing speed with structure, and an enterprise navigating legacy, brand, and scale. Come away with real playbooks, honest lessons, and a sharper sense of how to approach your next market move, whatever your stage.

👀 Speakers

Ben Rodier (startup) is co-founder and CEO of FrontlineIQ, a Montréal startup building an AI sales coach for in-person sales teams in stores, showrooms and dealerships. He has spent 20 years building companies in sales and commerce tech. Before FrontlineIQ he co-founded Salesfloor, which changed how global retail brands equip their sales associates, and earlier co-founded Adsplash, later acquired by Yellow Pages Group.

Maude-Andrée D’Amours (scale-up) has more than 12 years of experience in product management. She joined Stay22 nearly two years ago, where she works on product strategy and now leads diversification initiatives beyond the company’s core travel business. Before Stay22 she spent nearly four years at Petal, growing from Lead Product Owner to Group Product Manager, after managing IS projects at Bell Technical Solutions.

Marco Purificati (enterprise) is Senior Product Manager, APIs and Integrations at Amadeus, working on a marketing automation, engagement and loyalty platform used by more than 2,000 enterprise hospitality clients. Before that he spent six years at Booking.com, where he helped build the new Experiences business (tours and attractions) across the USA, Canada and Mexico, then led the Expertise Center at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
