We’re giving TRYKA a go for the first time this Saturday, and it’s definitely one to come along and try if you’ve never done it before.
If you’ve heard of HYROX, think of this as the Irish version. We’ll have world-class coach Ray Shah taking us through the techniques and movements before putting it all into practice with a partner doubles session. Plenty of time to get used to the movements before testing it out!
Everything will be explained before we get started, so it’s completely beginner-friendly. No experience needed, just come along, give it a crack and have a bit of craic with the group.
Afterwards, we’re heading just across the road to Hotbox for a recovery session at one of Dublin’s best sauna villages 🔥
And we’ll probably grab some food afterwards too, so it’s shaping up to be an unreal Saturday
