Longevity Cities invites you to the second episode of a series on breathwork for performance, hosted by Livian Enachescu.

IMPORTANT: You can attend it even if you didn't join part 1. Here is the link to the recording of part 1.

Breathwork for Performance — Part 2: Join us in person in Vienna

The workshop takes place online, but in Vienna we're meeting in person to follow along together. Come for the session and stay for a chat with others interested in longevity.

In this 45-minute session, breathing is approached as a physiological tool rather than a mindfulness practice: how it affects your nervous system, focus and clarity, and what changes when you use it well.

What you'll take away:

A protocol that you can apply every day to improve your breathing efficiency. Not a new routine. Not another thing to maintain.

Just sharper focus, faster recovery, and a system that stops working against you — starting in the session itself.
