Speaker Bio:

Oded Orgil is a seasoned corporate finance and capital markets executive with over 30 years of experience leading investment firms, driving strategic growth, and connecting North American investors with emerging companies. He currently serves as CEO of Sightline Wealth Management, Co-Founder and CEO of I3 Capital Group, and Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Green Data Center Real Estate Inc.

His career includes senior leadership positions at Manulife Financial, Canaccord Financial, HSBC Securities, Merrill Lynch Canada, and CIBC Wood Gundy.

Throughout his career, Oded has led over $10 billion in capital markets transactions and acquisitions, including major expansions, mergers, and cross-border investment initiatives. He also founded 5X Capital Management, advising public and private companies on growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and public listings.

Oded holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours B.A. from York University. He served for 13 years as President of the Canada Israel Chamber of Commerce and is a former member of the Israel National Hockey Team.
