An invite-only evening for leaders working out how their organisations should change in the face of AI.

Plenty of companies are using AI. Far fewer have changed how they’re organised around it.

Job descriptions, team structures, and ways of working mostly look the same as two years ago. The gap between “we’re experimenting” and “we’ve actually changed” is wider than most leadership teams admit.

The harder questions aren’t about tools. Which roles still make sense? What do you do when your best people are unsure where they fit? How do you lead a team through change you’re still figuring out yourself?

That’s what we want to talk about - honestly - with people who are in the middle of it.

Off-the-Record Night is a small evening for CEOs, founders and transformation leaders, from scale-ups through to enterprise. No pitches - just real experience and raw conversations, all off the record.

Hosted by Miro.

The format

We’ll start with a couple of short, unfiltered takes to spark the room, then move into a circle discussion. It's a participatory format designed to get everyone involved, not just a few people on stage.

Pizza and drinks throughout. Around 3 hours, deliberately small.

Who's in the room

~25 founders, CEOs and MDs, COOs and transformation leads, and heads of.

People actively working through what AI means for how their organisation is structured and led.
