🎯 1st Hour - Technical PracticeStructured drills focused on a weekly theme such as consistency, serves & returns, footwork, volleys, point construction, or doubles positioning.

This is collaborative practice, not formal coaching.

🎾 2nd Hour - Match PlayPut those skills into action through competitive games, singles, doubles, and situational play.

Player expectation: You should be able to sustain rallies, serve consistently, keep score, and participate independently in structured drills.
