Join us for another round of Taproom Talks, one of our most-loved Girls Who Like To Do Things events!! Settle in with great food, drinks, and great company at Two House Brewing Co. One drink ticket is included!
We’re bringing the classroom back to the taproom with two talks from academic scholars:
🔹 Dr. Jackie Seidel, a professor at the University of Calgary, will teach us secular, science-based approaches to mindfulness practices to reduce stress and develop wisdom and kindness toward ourselves, others, and the world.🔹 Abby Lunge, a PhD student at the Psychedelic and Cannabinoid Therapeutics lab at the University of Calgary, will speak on psychedelics and how they alter perception, mood, cognition, and sense of reality.
Each talk runs about an hour, with a break in between and time for audience Q&A, so bring your curiosity!

A: Yes! While your ticket includes 1 drink ticket, you are absolutely welcome to order additional food and drinks.

Q: Can I bring my boyfriend/husband/male-identifying friend?
A: No. Since its inception, Girls Who Like To Do Things has been a social club designed to cultivate these spaces for women and gender-diverse individuals. We kindly encourage those who do not identify with these communities to explore other opportunities!

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds will be available up to 7 days before the event.

Q: Can I come if I am under 18?
A: No, this event is strictly 18+.
