We’re taking over an intimate central gym for a girls-only Sunday session, with 90 minutes to train, stretch and move at your own pace ✨
Afterwards, we’ll head out together for something to drink over a free sweet treat (must order a drink - your own expense)🧁
At the gym you’ll have access to: cardio and strength equipment, free weights, stretching equipment and mats, plus a small sauna, showers, open changing room and toilet.
About GLIU
Girls Leuven It Up is an independent social club launched in June 2026 to bring women in their 20s and 30s together through fun-first activities where friendships can form naturally 💙
GLIU is run by one organiser as a passion project, with support from a small team of volunteers who help events go smoothly on the day.
