Top Chef season 23 reunion: Chef Nana x Chef Laurence November 13th in Philadelphia!
A Top Chef Season 23 reunion, one night only in Philadelphia — Chef Nana hosts Chef Laurence at Percy Diner in Fishtown for a collaboration dinner as part of his Have You Eaten Yet? tour

Laurence Louie is a Boston-born Chinese American chef, cultural storyteller, and chef-owner of Rubato in Quincy, Massachusetts. His cooking brings Cantonese tradition and Chinese American memory into conversation with modern interpretation.  A Top Chef finalist and Chopped champion, Laurence has been recognized as a James Beard Award semifinalist and StarChefs Boston Rising Star, while Rubato was named one of Bon Appétit’s and Eater Boston’s Best New Restaurants. Across restaurants, television, private dinners, speaking engagements, and creative collaborations, Laurence uses food to celebrate culture, build community, and create experiences that feel both personal and welcoming.

Chef Nana Araba Wilmot chef/owner of Georgina’s Private Chef and Catering Co. and the Curator of Love That I Knead, a West African-inspired dinner series crafting immersive dining experiences designed to help guests connect with a shared sense of home through nostalgia and flavor. Celebrating global cuisine with a deep reverence for tradition, Nana draws her strongest inspiration from the rich foodways of the African Diaspora, particularly her Ghanaian heritage, blending time-honored technique with a contemporary lens. Her work has been featured in Bon Appétit, Forbes, The New York Times, and Eater. She has competed on Food Network’s Chopped and appears in Alexander Smalls’ 2024 cookbook The Contemporary African Kitchen. Chef Nana divides her time between New York City and Accra, Ghana, where she returns annually to host pop-ups and stay connected to the evolving landscape of West African cuisine
