An evening of exploring flavours and sounds without the sense we rely so heavily on, sight.
LISTEN is a guided dining and tea experience that invites you to consume from a place of listening, pausing and breathing. Expect a selected tea to welcome your tastebuds on arrival, followed by a guided blindfolded five course dining journey, with each course built upon the five tastes. Violinist Nadeya plays live music composed to match each dish, before finishing with time to share, connect and reflect over a tea paired especially to follow the dishes.
