The Art of Value | An AHOMA Experience

About AHOMA

AHOMA is a strategic advisory and cultural ventures company connecting finance, technology and culture across Africa and global markets.

The Art of Value

The canvas is only the beginning of the story.

During Art X Lagos, AHOMA presents The Art of Value, an intimate afternoon bringing together voices from art, finance and technology to explore the many dimensions of art’s cultural and economic value.

The Conversations

Payments Without Borders

In Conversation With Mimi Kufuor

Mimi Kufuor is a digital assets executive, African art collector and Founder of AHOMA. Drawing on her experience in finance, technology and art, she explores how stablecoins and digital payments are reshaping the global art market, making it easier for African artists, galleries and collectors to transact across borders and access new opportunities.

Art, Ownership & Protection

In Conversation With Ada Orajiaku

Ada is the co-founder and CEO of ATSÚR, a technology company using blockchain to authenticate and protect African art and luxury assets. She explores how blockchain technology can strengthen provenance, safeguard ownership and preserve the value of African creativity.

The Value of Storytelling

In Conversation With Huguette Umutoni Bitega

A storyteller and cultural tastemaker, Huguette is the founder of N’GAGE Africa and co-founder of HERitage Collective. She explores how African stories, from Kwaku Ananse to Waka Waka, travel across generations and borders, shaping culture and finding new expression in the digital age.

The Exhibition | Featuring Idera Oyeneyin

We’re delighted to welcome Idera Oyeneyin as AHOMA’s exhibiting artist.

A multidisciplinary creative, fashion designer and visual artist, Idera’s practice explores identity, femininity, individuality and the freedom to become. Her expressive compositions combine bold colour, texture and intuitive mark making, creating a visual language that is deeply personal and unapologetically free.

Her works will be on display at Mílíki’s White Space Gallery, with exclusive AHOMA exhibition prices available throughout November. A wonderful opportunity for both new and established collectors to discover and acquire her work.
