oslo – filmmakers x OsloPix HANGOUT

One year since we launched, we're having a hangout at one of Oslo's biggest film festivals! Low threshold, zero gatekeeping, lots of cheering each other on. As always, whether you're experienced or just starting out – Directors, Cinematographers, Editors, Producers, Writers, Actors, Film Workers, Composers, Visual FX, Practical FX, Set/Decoration, Hair and Makeup — everyone's welcome! Practical info Date and time: Friday 28.08, 19:00 - 23:00Location: Nedre foajé, Vega Scene This event is a collaboration between Oslo Pix Film Festival and Oslo Filmmakers. Oslo Filmmakers organizes hangouts and smaller meetups in Oslo – a low-threshold space with no agenda, for meeting other filmmakers face to face. They also run nordicfilmmakers.com. –– Quick word on the hangouts: They're free to attend. We reserve a venue and bring people together, but you'll get the most out of it by showing up with a genuine interest in meeting other like-minded film professionals. We don't organize; we simply provide a space and an opportunity for people to make new connections or meet industry peers for a regular drink. You can be at any stage of your career, have worked for a few years, or be established and curious about meeting new people. We just ask that you bring your curiosity and engage with everyone who shows up.
