Join us for an official kick off of HOMEPLACE with an evening of good music, good conversation, and good people. Featuring a live performance from Philly-based singer-songwriter Talie Cerin.

Tickets for this event are offered on a sliding scale basis. If you have access to it, consider buying a full price ticket to support the work of Talie and the HOMEPLACE programming team.

Programs

The HOMEPLACE exhibition will be free and open to the public from 12pm–5pm each day, alongside four featured programs. All tickets are available on a sliding scale.

This workshop aims to keep the cultural, ancestral, and communal practice of hair braiding alive by teaching attendees how to braid their own hair.
