Since 1987, Street Characters has brought some of the world's most recognizable mascots to life, creating characters for the NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, colleges, businesses and charities worldwide. With 95% of its work exported, this Calgary-based company has built an extraordinary business in a highly specialized industry.

Hear from EO Calgary Member, Glenn Street, Founder of Street Characters and longtime EO Calgary Member, as he shares how intentionally building a strong company culture has driven creativity, customer loyalty and business success.

Glenn will share his approach to creating a happy, engaged team and delivering exceptional customer experiences, including the strategies that have helped Street Characters achieve an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94.
