Puppy Yoga

Join The Girls Club for the cutest morning of movement, connection, and puppy cuddles, all while supporting the Sacramento SPCA 🐾

We’ll start with a beginner-friendly yoga flow led by Kat Luna, with some adorable puppies joining us! All yoga experience levels are welcome :)

Following our yoga session, we’ll have additional time to mingle, meet new girls, enjoy our vendors, take some cutie pics, and spend time with the puppies!

🐶 Giving back: We’re so excited to partner with the Sacramento SPCA for this special event! They’ll be bringing a small litter of puppies to join us, and we’ll have an opportunity to learn more about the incredible work they do for animals in our community.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Check-in: Begins at 9:00 a.m.

Yoga: Begins promptly at 9:15 a.m.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! We ask that all guests arrive early enough to check in, get settled, and have their mats ready before yoga begins at 9:15 a.m

This event is for women ages 21+

Coffee, matcha, and bloom bar purchases are not included in your ticket

Puppy interactions will be supervised and guided to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals and guests

Puppy availability and interaction time may vary depending on the puppies’ needs and well-being
