FAQs

What’s included in the price of a ticket?

The single ticket admits one adult (children join free) and the couples ticket admits two adults (children join free). Each ticket includes entry, F&B, soft play & toys zone, Christmas sensory play, 1 goodie bag and entry into lucky draws.

F&B includes a buffet spread, free flow soft drinks and 1 glass of RedDot Speciality Craft Beer or 1 glass of House Red or White. Coupons will be issued upon entry into the venue by the RedDot staff which can be used to redeem your drink. You may purchase additional food or drinks at your own expense directly from RedDot staff.

For any children's activities, we kindly ask parents to supervise them at all times. There will also be a balloon sculpter and face painter starting at 11AM, please note this activity will be charged separately.

What ages of kids can join?

The event is open to children of all ages.

Is a children’s food menu available?

The event does not provide food specifically catering to children. If you require specific food items for children, kindly prepare it separately.

What is the program of the event?

The event as a whole is all about celebration and connection in an open and relaxed atmosphere. All event features are available throughout 10AM to 1PM.

However, please note that the lucky draw announcements will be made at 11AM. Kindly be available in the event area (Lower Garden) to hear who are the lucky winners!

Are there baby facilities?

There is a baby changing station and high chairs can be provided. Kindly note that the number of high chairs is subject to availability at the time of request.

What if it rains or there are other adverse weather conditions?

RedDot Brewhouse is a semi-outdoor location. It is fully sheltered with large ceiling fans to keep everyone cool. Large blinds can also be pulled down in case of inclement weather.

However, please remember it is still an outdoor event despite the shelter, so come dressed appropriately and bring extra hand held fans and other cooling devices if necessary.

How does the sensory play work?

The sensory play station will have a Christmas theme, which get the kids exploring and playing with several stations. All materials used are edible and will be dry. Parents must accompany children at all times during sensory play activities.

What should I bring?

As per usual, be prepared with milk, formula, water, snacks, diapers, changing pads, creams, electric fans, change of clothes and any other daily necessities.

And of course, bring along some festive cheer!

What can I expect from the gift giveaways?

We are grateful to many great partners supporting our giveways, including Pigeon, Lululemon, Hydro Flask, Micro Scooter, Nomada, Bubble, PPP Coffee, Muckypups and Sunshine Pumpkin.

There will be a variety of gifts for both children and adults alike for an early Christmas surprise!

How do I collect my goodie bag?

Goodie bags must be collected before you leave the event. Please remember it is one goodie bag per family (per ticketholder). Any goodie bags left uncollected will not be reserved or sent out afterwards.

Do note that some of the gifts may require you to submit additional information during the event sign up process to be eligible.

How do I win the lucky draw prizes?

By signing up to the event, you will be automatically entered into the lucky draw. Winners will be selected at random prior to the event and will be based on ticketholders’ names.

Some gifts are age-specific and information you share in the sign up will help us ensure the gifts are appropriate as possible!

How do I get my photos done and claim them?

Our photographer will be providing mini photoshoots of 4-5 mins throughout the event in a designated area. Final edited photos (min 4 files) will be shared as digital files directly to your email 7 days after the event.

Given the number of families at the event, just bear in mind that the photographer may not be able to accommodate additional requests as he will need to give enough time to every family.

My plans changed, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all tickets for this event are final and we're unable to process refunds. We hope you're able to make it, and look forward to seeing you there!

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No. All tickets must be pre-purchased.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available in front of the venue and is free.

Goodie bags and lucky draw terms & conditions

1. Eligibility

Giveaways at the Holiday Mixer are open to registered ticketholders attending the event. Each ticket represents one family, and all giveaways are allocated per ticketholder (representing one family), not per individual attendee.

2. Goodie bags

Each registered family is entitled to one (1) goodie bag. It must be collected in person at the event under the name used for registration. Contents may differ between bags and are subject to availability. Goodie bags not collected during the event will not be reserved or sent out afterwards.

3. Lucky draw

Each family has one (1) entry into the lucky draw. Winners are selected at random before the event and announced during the event. Winners must be present when their name is called to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, an alternative winner will be called.

4. Prizes

All prizes and goodie bag items are contributed by Dad Life Club’s partners. Prizes are matched to be age-appropriate based on the information families provided in the sign-up questionnaire. Where items come in different sizes, colours or versions, they are allocated by the organisers. Some prizes may need to be redeemed directly with the partner after the event, following the partner’s own redemption process and terms. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, swapped or redeemed for cash.

5. Partner responsibility

The quality, condition, fulfilment and any warranties of prizes and goodie bag items are the responsibility of the partner that supplied them. Any issues, including with redemption, should be raised directly with the relevant partner. Dad Life Club is not liable for partner-supplied products or services.

6. Personal data

By registering for the event, participants agree that Dad Life Club may use their name, contact details and questionnaire responses to administer the giveaways and contact winners. Details will be shared with a partner only where needed to fulfil or redeem a prize.

7. General

Dad Life Club’s decisions on all giveaway matters are final. Dad Life Club may amend, substitute or cancel any giveaway, prize or goodie bag item without prior notice if circumstances require.

Other Event Terms & Conditions

1. Supervision and safety

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Dad Life Club is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained during the event.

2. Tickets and entry

All tickets are non-refundable. Dad Life Club reserves the right to refuse entry.

3. Event changes

In the unlikely event of a venue change, timing adjustment, significant change or cancellation, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. Dad Life Club reserves the right to make these changes where necessary.

4. Photos and videos

Photos and videos may be taken during the event and shared on Dad Life Club’s social media channels to help grow the community. The sign-up form asks for your preference on being photographed or filmed, and we will follow your answer. If you opted in, you consent to you and the children in your care being photographed or filmed for this purpose. If your preference changes, please let the host know on arrival and we will respect your wishes.

5. Health

Please do not attend if you or your child are feeling unwell on the day of the event. This helps keep our community safe and healthy for everyone.
