Every track is designed around the same goal: build something real and get it live on the internet tonight. 🛠 Builder Tracks 🟢 Starter Track: Single File PR Reviewer Build and deploy your own AI powered GitHub pull request reviewer using Cloudflare Workers AI. Start from a template and get your agent running on a live .workers.dev URL in around 10 minutes. You'll learn how to: Deploy an AI agent with Cloudflare Workers Connect GitHub pull requests to Workers AI Run inference using Cloudflare's free tier Ship using Wrangler, the starter template, or a one click Deploy Button Perfect if this is your first time building on Cloudflare. 🔴 Advanced Track: Multi Model Review Committee Go beyond a single model and build a stateful AI code review committee inspired by Alibaba's OCR architecture. Your agent combines: Cloudflare Workers + SQLite backed Durable Objects + Workers AI + AI Gateway + GitHub App authentication A six stage pipeline coordinates specialized models for security and code quality analysis. The reference implementation includes push debouncing, deterministic file filtering, live OSV.dev and deps.dev supply chain lookups, parallel security and quality analysis, and actionable GitHub suggestion blocks. A lightweight typesafe/jev triage gate sits in front of the committee and decides whether each diff needs: DeepSeek R1 for securityQwen 2.5 Coder for code qualityBoth modelsNeither model That means a documentation only change or routine dependency update can skip unnecessary model calls entirely. If the deterministic checks detect a real vulnerability or policy issue, the security review is always triggered. The triage layer can increase scrutiny, but it cannot suppress a confirmed finding. 🧪 Bonus Tracks 📖 Story Agent: Daily Build Log Bot Turn your GitHub activity into an automatically generated public build log. The Worker reads what merged into your repository that day, removes anything that looks sensitive, uses Workers AI to turn the changes into a short non technical update, and publishes it to Threads. A /preview route lets you complete and demo the entire workflow while Meta provider verification is pending. 🌐 Web QA Agent: Browser Rendering + typesafe/jev Build an autonomous QA agent inspired by the browser testing approach of Google's ARTEMIS. Browser Rendering crawls your site. typesafe/jev cheaply triages console errors, network failures, and page issues. Only pages that need deeper investigation are escalated to a vision model. The agent then verifies the issue, writes it up, captures the screenshot, and automatically creates a deduplicated GitHub Issue. The result is an AI QA system that spends expensive model inference only where it is actually useful. 💡 Build Beyond the Tracks These aren't just tutorials. A note on the bonus tracks The Web QA Agent's typesafe/jev calls use AI Gateway Unified Billing with a paid third party model, so that portion does not have a free tier. The Story Agent can publish directly to Threads once provider verification clears.
