Growing a food business gets harder when production capacity, operating requirements, inventory, margins, and customer demand live in separate places: the kitchen calendar, the permit folder, the invoice pile, the POS, and a gut feel for what sells.

Join HomeCook and AiriWheels for a practical, small-group operating clinic for food entrepreneurs and independent restaurant operators at MIT InnovationHQ in Cambridge. In one hour we put those pieces side by side, show what changes when they're connected, and show how to fill tables without paying a delivery app for your own customers.

We'll work through two real, anonymised operating cases: a food entrepreneur preparing for repeatable commercial production, and an independent restaurant operator working to improve cost visibility, inventory discipline, and the use of available capacity, including whether to test a second location before committing to a build-out.

You'll leave with a clearer framework for:

what to organize before moving into or expanding commercial production, and the kitchen-fit questions to settle before you sign for space;

how kitchen/resource fit, readiness, documentation, scheduling, and operating records affect day-to-day execution;

how to test a second location without the build-out, using shared-kitchen capacity to prove demand first;

the handful of numbers that actually run a food business: dish-level margin, food cost, inventory pressure, cash flow, and next week's demand, and how to see them daily without a bookkeeper;

a sales channel you own, at zero commission: how a diner's personal AI dining partner matches tastes, habits, and food allergies to your menu and brings customers back, with no delivery-app cut; and

the most important next step for your business over the following 30 days.

What you'll see, live on real anonymised data: a Boston restaurant's books, dish margins, inventory, and demand forecast run by AI agents; the same restaurant as a diner sees it in AiriHub; and HomeCook's kitchen-matching workflow. Three minutes each, then back to your questions.

The session is designed to be educational and interactive, not a product pitch. Product-specific conversations are optional and can happen during office hours afterward.

Best for food entrepreneurs already selling or preparing for sustained commercial production; shared-kitchen members, caterers, and meal-prep businesses; independent restaurant operators, especially those in year two or three and weighing a second location; owners curious what AI running the back office looks like in practice; and a small number of commercial-kitchen, culinary-resource, and ecosystem partners.

Space is intentionally limited to 30 seats to keep the discussion practical, candid, and useful.
