This walk is an offering and ritual to physically experience the poetry of feeling those who walk alongside us. Whether this resonates as God, ancestors, spirit, loved ones lost, a pet, a place, a feeling etc.
We will imbue and gather intention in our bodies, our hearts and our grief to move with grief in a way that sheppards that space of being with our tenderness in a new way of connection to the earth, each other and the ephemeral energy of what we miss and long for.
We will gather across from the greek theater and do a short intro and mindfulness/grounding moment and we will hike for around 30 minutes and end at a lookout spot. We will meditate and open the space for sharing and letting go before hiking back down.
Through stillness we find the clarity and safety to move forward with integrity. This walk is a space to foster a new relationship with what it means to walk and move through the world with the landscape of grief. And hopefully in this ongoing dialogue and practice, we may soften and give room for the guidance and wisdom of grief to awaken us further to love, presence, safety and truth.
All are welcome and as always message with any questions or concerns. I am here for you.
You are safe, you are seen, you are welcome, you are not alone and you are loved <3
Be kind and gentle and see you soon!
{We will meet on the right hand side of the street across from the greek theater at the trail entrance across from the parking lot/bathrooms! I'll be wearing a green hat <3 }
