Join a Claude Community Event, hosted by Claude Ambassadors for people building with Claude.

Same model. Wildly different results.

Two engineers can give Claude Code the same task and get opposite outcomes. One gets a pull request that merges. The other gets a confident mess. The model isn't the difference. The system around it is: what the agent sees, what it can touch, what it has to prove, and when it's allowed to stop.

That system has a name now: harness and loop engineering. Teams that get it right are pointing toward a dark factory, where software gets planned, written, tested and shipped while nobody is typing.

Featured speaker

Alexio Cassani (Co-Founder & CEO, FairMind, and Claude Community Ambassador, Italy) is flying in from Italy for one night in Orange County to show how it works.

You'll leave with

Harness engineering: turn any model into an agent that ships. The context, tools, permissions and checks that make an agent dependable in production.

Loop engineering: ship agents that run without babysitting. Self-checking cycles so agents catch their own mistakes and know when the job is done.

Software factory: see where agentic software is heading. A glimpse of the "dark factory," where agents build end to end.

Your questions, answered. Open Q&A with Alexio. Bring the agent problem you're stuck on.

$50 in Claude credits for attendees.

Who this is for: engineers, technical founders, and anyone who has opened Claude Code and thought "this could do so much more." That includes product managers, designers and ops people who ship with it. If you've used Claude Code or the Agent SDK, you belong here.

When: Monday, Nov 9, 5:30–8:00 PM. Free. Bring a laptop.

Where: ISEB Auditorium, UC Irvine (Building 419 on map.uci.edu). Park at the Anteater Parking Structure (APS), then walk to ISEB.

Seats are limited and registrations are reviewed.

Venue courtesy of Professor Hadar Ziv and UC Irvine's Donald Bren School of Information & Computer Sciences.
