Two Speeds of Thinking

Build a Marketing AI Stack That Actually Scales
A real marketing team makes thousands of small judgment calls a day, and only a handful of them actually need deep thought. Most AI builds treat every one the same, which is why they end up slow, expensive, and unreliable the moment there's real volume behind them. This session shows live what a business looks like once it finally runs on both speeds.
This session will explore:
Why a single AI layer breaks under real business load.
The architecture that actually holds up: instant judgment, deliberate reasoning, and one shared memory underneath both.
What a team of marketing AI agents with access to a judgment layer looks like working as one system.
How the system of record should interface with the AI stack.
What this means for how you build your own AI stack going into 2027.
