Masterclass: From Strategy to Execution - Turning Goals into a 90-Day Action Plan

Most founders don’t have a strategy problem, they have an execution problem. The vision is clear and the goals are written down, but the weeks fill up with urgent work and the important work slips.

In this hands-on masterclass, action coach Edgar Marin shows you how to turn big-picture goals into a focused 90-day plan you can actually run. You’ll leave with a working draft of your own plan, not just a page of notes.

What you’ll learn

How to narrow a long list of goals to the few priorities that move your venture forward

How to break each priority into 90-day milestones and weekly actions

Simple ways to track progress and hold yourself and your team accountable

How to spot and remove the bottlenecks that stall execution

Who it’s forFounders, early-stage teams, and aspiring entrepreneurs in the UC and Cincinnati startup community who want to make the next quarter count.
