An ode to the Consciousness -Raising groups of the Women's Liberation Movement in the 60's and 70's. We meet monthly to speak openly, find commonality, network, and sip slowly together.

This month's theme will be Fluctuation. We'll be exploring how much of ourselves is actually predictable and the patterns that tie us together.

Amand Pierce MSN, APRN, FNP-C, will be joining our conversation. She has worked in traditional and functional medicine for years and specializes in women's health and hormones. She will sit down with us for a frank conversation about hormonal variability.
