You’re invited! Books & Blankets Join Reading Rhythms Queens for a leisurely Sunday morning in beautiful Astoria Park. We're taking Reading Rhythms outdoors for a relaxed gathering overlooking the East River. Bring the book you're currently reading, settle in beneath the shade of a beautiful tree, and enjoy a morning of books, conversation, and community. Finding us is easy: Enter Astoria Park from 23rd Road and follow the path as it winds down the hill toward the water. You'll find us on the large lawn beneath the big tree, gathered on our signature Reading Rhythms plaid blanket, just to the right of the playground. What to bring: 📚 The book you're currently reading. 🧺 A blanket or beach towel to make yourself comfortable. Pillows are welcome too! ☕ Your favorite coffee, tea, or morning beverage. 🥐 A brown bag breakfast or early lunch. Please note that coffee and food options are not conveniently located near the park, so we recommend picking up anything you'd like to enjoy before you arrive. We'll share a few more details as the date approaches, but for now, save the date and join us for a slow morning celebrating books, friendship, and one of the most beautiful views in Queens.
