TMG's Morning Park Flow

Hi TMG community!

I’m Victor. I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade — it started as a way to calm my mind and became something I wanted to share. I completed my 200-hr training in summer 2025.

I teach Vinyasa flow as a moving meditation. 🧘

My classes are challenging, thoughtful, and creatively sequenced, set to music. The goal is simple: slow down, notice your breath, stay present. Expect to work. Expect to leave clear-headed and grounded.

Off the mat, I love music, surfing, climbing, and biking. Excited to share my offering of yoga with you!

PLEASE NOTE: In case of rain, we will move to the covered space of the Daan Park MRT.

yoga mat

water

an eye mask or something to cover your eyes during the final shavasana (optional)
