Shay Mansfield | Wellness

Shay is an integrative health practitioner who helps people get to the root of what's holding their health back. That work showed her wellness is as much about connection and community as nutrition, movement, and recovery, so she created LIV Wellness & Coffee in Clarksville, a space that brings wellness, co-working, recovery, and community together under one roof.
