London Photowalk with Caira - 1 Autumn Edition
Downloads an .ics file · Times are in Europe/London · Google Calendar
Let’s catch some autumn rays and see London through a fresh lens. Join us on Saturday 17 October for our first London Photowalk, a relaxed wander through St. Pauls, the Barbican and Bank with plenty of reasons to stop for a shot: golden leaves, long shadows and the small details you’d usually walk straight past.
We’re bringing Caira camera along. Caira is a Micro Four Thirds camera that snaps onto your iPhone with MagSafe, so you get proper large-sensor photos with the ease of your phone. We’ll have several cameras on hand for you to try during the walk. Let us know what what you think!
Bring whatever camera you love, including just your phone. Whether you’re taking your first shots or already have a favourite lens, you’re welcome. We’ll stop for coffee along the way, so it’s a good chance to meet other people who like taking pictures in this city.
The plan2:30pm: meet at Festival Gardens, St Paul's Cathedral3pm: walk up to Barbican and shoot4.30pm: make way down to Bank through Guildhall6pm: coffee/drink and a look at what everyone captured
Hosted by Vishal Kumar, Sefa Oruc from wubbie studio and the team at Camera Intelligence, makers of Caira Camera.
