COFFEE CLUB MIAMI: HALLOWEEN EDITION
Downloads an .ics file · Times are in America/New_York · Google Calendar
Halloween morning, but make it a 90s dance party with coffee. Somarae and Studio 24 Artful Coffee are teaming up for a Saturday morning of throwback beats, caffeine, and costumes at Studio 24 in Miami. A DJ set will keep the energy up while you sip something good and shake off the week. 🎃☕🪩
Dancing with other people is one of the simplest ways to co-regulate (aka help your nervous system feel a little more settled and a lot more alive), so this is your excuse to move, laugh, and meet someone new without any awkward icebreakers.
Costumes are encouraged, so come as your favorite 90s icon or just as you are.
It's free with RSVP, and we'd love to see you on the dance floor.

THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSOR:
Erika Collins, MSIRE, CIPS, CDPE, is a Global Real Estate Investment Specialist, author, entrepreneur, and advocate for women creating lives of purpose, independence, and impact.
With a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, Erika works with domestic and international investors, developers, luxury buyers, and families throughout South Florida and global markets. Her work centers on helping clients strategically position capital, recognize opportunity, manage risk, and use real estate as a vehicle for building wealth and creating legacy.
But Erika’s story extends far beyond real estate.
She is the author of Rise Up, Level Up, a deeply personal exploration of resilience, purpose, and the courage to move forward through life’s transitions. Her own journey has included motherhood, divorce, career reinvention, entrepreneurship, financial challenges, personal growth, and the continual process of redefining success on her own terms.
Those experiences have shaped the philosophy she brings to both business and life: relationships come before transactions, success should be measured by more than income, and some of our most difficult seasons can become the foundation for our most meaningful work.
Today, Erika brings together her experience in international real estate, investment strategy, entrepreneurship, writing, and relationship-building to encourage others—especially women—to think bigger about what they are capable of creating.
Whether she is advising an investor, developing a new business idea, writing, mentoring, or simply connecting people who should know one another, Erika believes that wealth is about more than what we accumulate. It is about having the freedom, courage, relationships, and resources to build a life that reflects who we have become.
