Rhythm & Elemental Movement Workshop

Elemental Movement is a guided movement exploration led by Melanie Dutoit inspired by the elements, designed to invite you deeper into yourself and ground you into your most authentic expression.

Supported by live djembe drums and an earthy playlist, we’ll move through an experimental dance journey, exploring the elements through freeform movement, intuition, and play.

Together, we’ll create a brave, non-judgmental space where all bodies and expressions are welcome.

We’ll close by grounding together, taking a few deep breaths, and integrating the experience by the fireplace. No dance experience needed, just bring yourself as you are. ♡
