TOWERS:
The Watts Towers (or Nuestro Pueblo) are a collection of 17 interconnected sculptural structures and mosaics in Watts, Los Angeles, created entirely by Italian immigrant Sabato "Simon" Rodia between 1921 and 1954. Constructed from steel, wire mesh, mortar, and recycled materials like glass, shells, and broken pottery, the tallest tower reaches 99.5 feet (30.3 meters).

Recognized as a prominent masterpiece of folk art and art brut, the towers are listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and designated as both a California Historic Landmark and a National Historic Landmark.

SHIP:
The RMS Queen Mary is a retired British ocean liner built in Clydebank, Scotland. Operating for the Cunard Line from 1936 to 1967, she famously carried Allied troops during World War II. Since 1967, she has been permanently moored in Long Beach, California, where she operates as a hotel, museum, and event space.

Retired in 1967, the ship was purchased by the city of Long Beach. Today, the 81,237-ton vessel is listed on the US National Register of Historic Places. Visitors can explore preserved boiler rooms, view historic exhibits, and stay in authentic Art Deco staterooms. The ship also hosts award-winning dining (like Sir Winston's Restaurant & Lounge) and various seasonal events.

METRO:
Trains depart in Southbound and northbound directions at ten-minute intervals.
