Alternatively, meet the group on the tram, or at the Walk Start at Crumpsall Metrolink Station Transport to Walk Start: 11:40 tram from Manchester Victoria to Crumpsall (final destination Bury) Suggested Ticket: Zones 1 & 2 Metrolink ticket Walk Start: Crumpsall Metrolink Station at 12:00 Return Services: Buses to Manchester frequently from Middleton Waypoints: Bowker Vale, Blackley Forest, Rhodes Ponds, Alkrington Woods and Hall, Middleton Extra: No toilets at walk start. Optional drinks at the end of the walk.
