💥 Paint your Mood 🎊 💥

Music • Colour • Mindfulness

1. 🎵 MUSIC — Hear Your Mood
Begin with a few different pieces of music and translate what you hear into lines, shapes and marks. No objects, no rules — simply let the music guide your hand.

1. 🌈 COLOUR — Express Your Mood
Explore colour intuitively. Choose colours that represent how you feel, what you need or what you would like more of. Add an unexpected colour chosen by someone else and see what happens when you step outside your usual choices.

Then create your mood painting — simply an expression of what you feel in the moment.

1. 🧘‍♀️ MINDFULNESS — Pause & Reconnect
Once the painting is complete, put the brushes down.

End with a gentle 5–10 minute guided mindfulness exercise — breathing, noticing, letting go and reconnecting with the present moment.

Date: 3rd October, 10am to 11:30 am
