Underwater Hockey Beginners Game (Silicon Valley)

Welcome to our Beginner Underwater Hockey session, a fun Silicon Valley event where trained coaches teach you how to play. Beginners wanted - all ages and coed. Swimming background is a plus!

No prior experience necessary, so don't hesitate to try it out! Bring your friends or family too, all are welcomed!

All you need is a suit and towel. If you have your own snorkeling gear and swim fins, that's great, however, we will provide everything if needed.

About the sport:

This limited-contact sport typically involves 2 teams of 6, competing to move weighted puck across the bottom of a pool into the opposing team's goal.
Wearing snorkeling gear, players submerge briefly to move the puck or support their team.
Underwater hockey promotes safe play focusing on coordination, puck handling, teamwork, and fitness.
The US has over 50 clubs that play and compete regularly.
