This list is not all inclusive.

1.This will be a 6 hour +/- self-paced hike of about 13 miles +/-.
2. There are no day use or parking fees at this trailhead.
3. Water and bathrooms are available at the trailhead.
4. There is water available at the 49th Avenue trailhead (approximately the halfway point).

Meet at the Shangri-La trailhead parking area starting at 8:45 a.m.

We will step out at 9:00 a.m. heading NW until reaching the NFST trail intersect and then turn E (right) and continue following orange blazes until reaching the Land Bridge. After a break at the Land Bridge we will begin to work our way back to Shangri-La SP.
All other breaks will be as individually need.

Make sure to:
wear proper hiking footwear and clothing
adequate quantity of water. 2 quarts or 2 liters highly recommended
bug spray/sunscreen
food/snacks
