The ACQUAPOLE® fitness class benefits women and men of all ages and levels. A truly unique workout to reduce fat, strengthen core, arms and legs and improves flexibility. This class includes poles and will totally challenge you. All levels of skill, beginner to advanced are welcome! Aquatic shoes are recommended.

Once on the site, scroll down to the Aqua Pole (AcquaPole) class to register and pay. You can also pay in person at the front desk. Classes may sell out. The maximum per class is 16 (shared pole).
