Fem club about „menstrual cycle“

🧚🏻‍♀️ Next Saturday we are hosting our next event dedicated to female sexual and hormonal health.

🫶🏻 Menstruation is a process which starts at a very early age. It happens to the majority of women and yet it’s very stigmatised. A lot of women experience pain during their cycles that is not taken seriously by healthcare providers.

🥼 Pain during menstruation can be associated with chronic diseases including PCOS and endometriosis.

🧘🏼‍♀️ During our seminar Aigerim Childebaeva and Valeriia Radchenko will share useful information about menstruation, PCOS and endometriosis. They will highlight risk factors, preventive measures, role of stress in these conditions and other factors.
