What if we could learn to move with life rather than struggle against it? This session explores how a deeper understanding of life’s unfolding drama can help us step back, see situations from a wider perspective and respond with greater calm, clarity and trust.

This session is based on the teachings of Raja Yoga meditation and philosophy as taught by Brahma Kumaris (UK). Raja Yoga is a deep and practical study for dealing with life’s challenges positively through an understanding of the spiritual laws that govern us all.
