🍽️ Our Format
Wine Wednesdays are designed as a relaxed evening of wine, food and conversation. To support the fantastic venues that host us, we kindly ask everyone to order at least one food item from the menu, along with any drinks they'd like to enjoy.

🍷 Limited Places
To keep the evening relaxed and conversational, Wine Wednesdays are limited to just 8 guests.

🍷 Restaurant Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations
A €10 advance payment is normally required to confirm your place and will be credited towards your food or drinks. For this event, as per the venue's requirements, a €20 deposit is required.

Payment deadline: Once I have shared the Revolut payment link, you have 24 hours to make payment. If payment isn't received, your place may be offered to the next person on the waiting list. Your RSVP alone does not guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation policy:

More than 48 hours before: Full refund, subject to the venue's cancellation policy.
Within 48 hours: Any applicable, previously disclosed non-refundable venue costs may be deducted from your refund.
No-shows: Deposits are non-refundable under the agreed booking conditions, subject to applicable law. A no-show also counts as one strike towards our three-strikes attendance policy.
Event cancelled by the organiser: Full refund.

Eligible refunds will normally be initiated within seven calendar days, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Last-minute cancellations create additional administration, even when a replacement can be found. They can also affect our relationships with venues and our ability to host future events there.

Thank you for respecting the time and effort involved in organising these experiences. ❤️
