A practical workshop for leaders and professionals who want to train on how to stimulate ownership and commitment in those who deflect accountability and exhibit avoidant behaviours.

When someone avoids ownership or doesn't honour commitments, progress can quickly stall. Through reflection and practical scenarios, you will learn to recognise these patterns, identify their impact, stimulate active engagement and agree on specific next steps without chasing, blaming, shaming or taking over.

​Recognise common forms of avoidance, deflection and delayed accountability.
​Understand what may sit beneath these patterns.
​Distinguish between understanding someone’s situation and accepting the impact of unresolved issues.
​Use the Name, Boundary, Next framework to set clear boundaries and agree practical next steps.
